Zanze XVI is a restaurant born on the outskirts of Venice in the Santa Croce district. We like to focus on the essentials: simplicity, conviviality and the product. We are looking for these profiles:
- Dining Room Manager/Chef de Rang
- Sommelier
Responsibility:
- Welcome customers with courtesy and professionalism, offering impeccable service.
- Support for all room activities, before, during and at the end of the service: cleaning of the rooms, preparation of mise en place, management of service dynamics and coordination of activities during the shift.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure an exceptional dining experience for each customer.
Requirements:
- Age between 18 and 35 years
- Previous experience in the hospitality sector, preferably in fine dining restaurants or luxury hotels.
- Knowledge and curiosity about the food & beverage universe and experience in food-drink pairings.
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to rapidly changing situations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
